How you can support us

You can choose yourself how much you want to contribute. Every donation helps us run and expand our infrastructure, improve our tools, and invest in security research and defensive systems. We do not use third-party payment platforms that take a large cut; we prefer direct contact so that your support goes where it matters.

What donations are used for

Donations go directly into running and growing the project:

• Infrastructure — Servers, bandwidth, and hosting so that our tools (DNS, WHOIS, ping, certificate checks, mail checks, speed tests, and others) stay fast and available. We run our own systems in Central Europe and avoid dependencies on large cloud providers where possible.
• Honeypot and monitoring — We operate honeypot structures and monitoring to observe malicious activity, improve threat intelligence, and contribute to a safer internet. This work requires dedicated resources and careful maintenance.
• Abuse prevention and take-downs — Supporting abuse handling, reporting, and coordination with registries and hosters. This often involves manual work and legal or procedural follow-up.
• Tool development and maintenance — Keeping our diagnostic tools up to date, adding new checks, and ensuring they remain useful and privacy-respecting (no tracking, GDPR-compliant, minimal data).

Fair and meaningful contributions

We welcome any amount that you consider fair. At the same time, we ask that donations be meaningful in relation to the administrative effort they create. Very small symbolic amounts (for example a few cents) do not help us in practice and only generate overhead (fees, accounting, correspondence). We would rather you skip such a contribution or combine it into a single, more substantial donation when you are able.
